Just picked up a freedom top from a 2010 2 dr jk yesterday for $600.

That was my first cl purchase!

 

Recently picked up some Rubi shocks and coils 18 / 60 of a Jeep with 20,000 Kms for $80.

Buddy thew in front lower control arms a OEM pitman arm....guess I have spares for now, can always re-sell when I upgrade.

It's fun watching the used adds see what you can score.

 

DAMN that's a great deal! That even cheaper than tj tops!

 

These are the finds I can remember:

new soft top with tinted windows for $250
set of (4) 35x12.5x17 mud grapplers with 3K on them for $550
set of bilstein 5100's (silver ones) barely used for $100
set of (5) trail ready beadlocks for $1200
smittybilt tube doors $400
complete set of quadratec mats, including the cargo area $65
rancho rear bumper and tire carrier (bartered for a mountain bike)

My best find hands down: My dog Sam who has been with us for almost 9 years $priceless

 

Addicted to craiglist. I buy and sell parts all the time. I've bought rubicon springs(18/59)$100. Hard top $800. Take off wheels/tires $400. Skid row skid plates$20. The list goes on!

By the way...... In the Charlotte nc Craigslist there is a guy selling a one year old trek top nx ( excellent shape) and metal element half door for $550 total! If I had not just spent $400 on books for college I would jump on that!!

I picked up a Trek Top NX on Craigslist for that price. It had been used for two months and still looked brand new. That's been my best find so far.

 

Lets see, I've found one good deal so far.

17" American Racing ATX Teflon Coated Wheels with Toyo Open Country A/T tires. (255 /75R/17) - $600 on CL. The guy at my tire shop offered me $1300 for them. I was tempted, but I'm happy with the look.

I also picked up a Warn XD9000i winch from a guy that I worked with. It was about to go on CL, but he gave it to me for $700. He bought it for his '13 Rubi, and never mounted it.
