I just added another one to the fleet. I have 4 Jeeps(3-JK's, 1-LJ) as of now so I don't know about any incentive to trade up.
I seem to be just collecting them. Sorry I can't be of any help on that.

Insight waaaaaaay behind
For those of you who's vehicles are in D1 status, call this # 1-800-992-1997 and speak to an operator.
Mine sat in D1 for 3 weeks, all the while it was being built. Insight didn't update until it was released by the plant (KZ status).

I've seen over 40 12s on Insight and they all updated at I. You are likely the exception. It does happen where they don't update sometimes. Insight does not update between D1 and I, but it does update at I (Built pending Inspection). Most will get the dreaded JS (Storage) and some the JB (shipped to body vendor for accessories - chrome package, etc).

However, for those that are in limbo, I would call rather than wait for Insight to update. It was re-assuring to know that things were actually moving.

I drove one while having a oil change the other day wasn't that impressed still have to hammer it to get it going. So until a V8 is a option I will stick with what I've got.

I plan on ordering a rubi unlimited tomorrow with the 730 nav. Can anyone tell me what I would not get if I choose not to get the connectivity package? I thought i read where the nav has some of the features that come with the connectivity group.

so i am located in Toledo near the plant, and a local dealer who knows people on the inside said. There was part that they were low on so it halted production, they recently released like 6,000 jeeps, so things are starting to move now. He said he can place an order and have it rushed like a 2 week time. I really don't understand how Jeep dealers have no clue about their own product. With that said i ordered my Rubi and i am super excited 2% below invoice without even hassling.

Obviously didn't have 4.10 gears then because mine gets going just fine, off the light, or on an interstate acceleration ramp. I can run in traffic or on the highway with anyone in my 2012 Rubicon. Made my 2011 Rubicon feel like it was pulling trailer all the time compared to the 2012.
