I have purchased many RR parts and havent had a problem yet but have read some awful things from other post. I purchased a RR Light bar, 6 halogen lights and A-pillar switches. The bar itself and switches have held up fine, but the first month I put the lights on they started to rust. and I mean RUST! not only the brackets they connect with but the top of the lights as well that is painted black. the rust just pours over my jeep! I contacted RR and asked that they send me new lights plus cover the cost to have the old lights taken off and the new ones installed and they said they would not. they said I would have to pay for the removal, shipping and new instillation fees. They would, after they received the lights and reviewed them consider replacing the lights. So since their part failed they want me to pay to install the product twice, remove once and ship it back to them. seems ridicules to me. why would I pay someone to take off their bad product and install a new one again? Ive already paid for that. If you really stood behind your product you wouldnt ask your customers to incur additional cost to have the problem fixed. I had planned to purchase the RR rear bumper and tire carrier this month but wanted to see how they would honor their warrantee first. I guess now Ill have to find another option!

Daystar bump stops!!!!!! Cheap foam that isn't stiff enough to secure ANYTHING, not to mention the "screw " end doesn't screw in, more of a push and twist/hope for the best type scenario. The screw type thing feels like it will(and I have read this happens a lot) rip right out. I hate the daystar bump stops and if I could get them out without ripping the cheap POS in half I would send them back !! Oh well, people need to stop recommending that junk.

The Smittybilt (shittybilt) tonneau cover. It has black tabs that faded to purple in the sun after 3 weeks. I ordered with the safari/bikini top and one of the snaps broke on initial installation. Poor quality materials and poorly made. Crap!
Went back to my old reliable factory soft top

Delta hood mounted light bar. Got it cheap from a member here. LOVED the look but hated the light. the weak 55w lights were like flash lights, replaced them with 100w and still sucked just casted even more glare off the hood/windsheild. Left them on the jeep with I traded it in.

Rugged Ridge tire carrier - just a horrible design, unsafe, flimsy
37" MTRs - impossible to balance, horrible road manners
Bestop bikini top - awful fit, pita to put on/take off
Rugged Ridge winch - burst into flames on the trail and almost destroyed my Jk
Rough Country 4" lift and shocks - incomplete as hell, crap shocks, get what you pay for
Looking forward to starting with a clean slate with my new 14' JKUR...

Why did you trade in a 14 JKUR for another 14 JKUR?

Smittybilt SRC Sliders - hung to low for the trail, dented in to touch body
LOD Sliders - Rear not supported well, flexed into body
(Notice a theme here... I'm tough on sliders)
Prorock 44 with ARB and 30 Spline. - actually I like my PR44, but I was naive and didn't specify 35 spline axles when I had it built.

I guess you could say I "returned" the first 14 JKUR. Had no idea that 4.10s weren't standard equipment on autos anymore and the sales guy told me the first one had it. Sticker didn't say 3.73s either but only notes if it had optional 4.10s.
Long story short made the dealer take back the Rubi with 3.73 for what I paid 10 days later. Bought another off the lot with the 4.10s and more options and very happy now.
