Anyone know how many gallons are left when this comes on? Interested in knowing for an unlimited.

It's a 22.5 gallon tank, right? I always seem to have loads of fuel left, even after driving almost 30 miles after the light comes on. Think the most I've ever put in is just shy of 19.5 gallons.

30 miles. If you press the button on the dash that tells direction and temp it will change to how many miles left and mpg

I think it's 3 gallons.
You really shouldn't run it that low, you're going to fry your fuel pump. Gas in the tank means a properly lubed, cool, happy fuel pump.

^ Yeah, what she said... It probably comes on when the DTE is 50 miles (computer calculated based on average consumption), assuming 17-18mpg.

There is a point after the low fuel light comes on where it will no longer tell you how many miles you have to empty. It will just say Low Fuel.

My advice is just pretend you have a 20 gallon tank and not a 22.5 gallon tank. Then your world will be filled with unicorns that crap cupcakes and rainbows.

I thought I was once told that when the light came on you had 30 miles. So that leaves like 2-3 gallons of fuel. I could be wrong though.

I have went over 50 miles on the stock tires. I haven't pressed the issue once I changed from stock.
