“Descending into suburban Denver with a filthy Jeep, I smugly pass a shiny, clean Wrangler Unlimited. It prompted a distinct thought: ‘I explored today. You did not.’ That’s the feeling Jeep must replicate when the current Wrangler bites the dust.”

Exactly. Maybe the author's thought should be, "That guy took the time to wash his Jeep today, and kept it clean. I did not."

eh... I'm suspicious that the author doesn't own a Jeep Wrangler.

The only thing better than having a filthy Jeep, is the pride I take in washing off the warpaint and making it look clean again.

I remember similar feelings when the TJ gave way to the JK...

No more 4.0?!?!?!

But given a little time, I warmed to the JK and just bought my first within the last month.

This time, IMHO, will be different...

The Wrangler has progressively become more "everyday driver" friendly and will only continue to do so under FCA...

I remember the first 2015 FEEP Renegade I saw...

It isn't a fond memory.
