Pull forward loud clunk front wheels catch
, but can go in reverse ..

That isn't all that much to go on. That is a lot like telling doctor your leg hurts. You're saying it moves forward, clunk, won't move forward anymore.....but that you can back up in reverse? You can go in reverse a long ways.....like more than 1 ring gear rotation? Guessing this sounds like gearing, but based on very little information.

Found it bottom bolt fell out of caliber ...$20 whew...

Which bolt - the one in the caliper slides or the bolt that holds it on to the knuckle? Just curious. The bolts to the hub should have red loctite. The factory replacement bolts come with it on already. If it's the slider bolt it should have blue loctite.

I've lost one of the bolts that holds the caliper bracket to the knuckle before in central colorado before. fun times. The dealer i was able to access for a new bolt thought they were selling a gold brick.

I hear you Resharp. Son had to buy a front hub bolt (1 of 3). Even jobber parts guy charged $9 for it so god knows what the stealership would have charged. Glad OP did not try to drive it and got it fixed.
