i was going home from work yesterday, top back and doors off, when the radio weatherman said it was going to rain. got home and had to decide.. put lid and doors on or just pull out the carpet. i don't think that the carpet will ever go back in!

I'm thinking of doing so as well. How is the noise/heat?

I took mine out after a mud bath, cleaned them, then said the hell with it.

I'm running bare metal now. Looking toward Line-X

So far no big change in noise and heat. But I'm running doors off and top down right now so its hard to actually say.

I take my dog to work everyday. The seats aren't too bad...but the dog hair is hell to get out of carpet.

I don't want to take out the carpet and have just bare metal...so I got an estimate through a friend to bedline the floors $350.00. Not sure what brand spray liner...but that didn't sound like too bad of price.

If that true thats a bargin. But be sure you find out how he is going to prep the inside or if he wants you to do it.

And find out the brand. I'm hearing on this forum that Line X is best.

I can imagine some fly by night company spraying the inside with roofing tar, seats and all.

How do you apply it? Brush, roller, spray?
