i haven't decided yet. i like that the front says "jeep", but i have to admit that the letters look oddly out of place........almost like i bought them on ebay and stuck them there myself.

I have thought about pulling that one off too, but haven't come to a conclusion yet. At least it's straight. My "Wrangler" stickers were crooked from the factory.

yep
I did, painted it black, and put it back on....
Chrome looks like ass anyways, but really REALLY looks like ass next to silver....
But I did have it covered with mud most of the time anyways...
as I said, it is covered in mud, but still black...

I'm thinking at this point that I want to change the color too. However, I've got a black JK, and not sure its even worth painting the emblem black. Perhaps yellow? Get the JK sticker in yellow as well?
Then I think the yellow 17 would look good too.

I started peeling the dealer sticker off on the dealer lot. He looked hurt! I said sorry, but unless you pay me to advertise it comes off! He said "but I gave you such a great deal!". He couldn't say another word when I told him that International Paper had a buyers program with them that gave me that deal plus incentives!
When I got home.... off came the big X and Wrangler stickers. And after reading a post about removing the Jeep on the front.... I thought "oh yeah I missed that" and pulled it off too!
Why? I like a cleaner look. When you see a design for a new vehicle, it doesn't include any badging or anything. The original design was clean without stickers and stuff. I like that!
Now, I haven't removed the Trail Rated badge. I kinda like it for some reason.
