Don't knock Stock

I could care less what anybody thinks about my Jeep; and yeah, we got those snobs around here too. The way I see it, if someone places that much emphasis on their vehicle(s), they're probably compensating for something else
99% of my driving is highway. Form point A to B, and vice versa. I rather enjoy cruising at 80 MPH while the engine is only churning at 2300 RPM.
But wait, I may be somewhat of a hypocrite. I just received two pairs of splash guards; does that count as a mod? j/k

Hey, as long as you take it out and have fun on the trails and topless/doorless in the summer. I'd never look down on you.
Besides, as far as budget goes, I understand, I'm certain that I'm one of the cheapest Jeeps on 35's there is lots of second hand parts and diy mods

same thing here i have no suspension mods or drive train mods. but when its a daily driver and gets a good 50000 th km a year i need the reliability of a stock jk and all the fuel mileage that i can get.so far in 76000 i have had no problems. this march i leave for key west and that will be 10000 kms in a 2 week vacation so i don't need drive shaft problems and feul mileage that is any worse than it already is.

There are many, including some in here, that won't wave at a stocker, won't consider us "real" Jeepers. True many, more even, stock Jeepers are not true Jeepers but their are "modified" ones out there that are not true Jeepers as well. Many dealership sell their lifted Jeeps with aftermarket wheels and tires for inflated prices to those that have never even been in the grass let alone a trail.
I would love bumpers skids other protection items lift tires the whole 9 yards but with 4 kids, wife, mortgage, private school, it is not possible. The most I will be able todo is better tires for the foreseeable future.

Member of the Bone Stock Club here too, and I wave to everyone. There are mod'd JK snobs up here too. What ever
To me wether it's a CJ, YJ, TJ or JK, Stock, mod up the ying yang, new, old, rusty, beat up....they're all Jeeps, and I dig em all
Some day mods will come my way, the ones that count, no bling, stuff that will get ya home after a long day on the trail.

I've gotten a lot of astonished looks at my stock rubicon on a couple of the trails i've done.
However, It wont be stock forever. I have a plan. Just has to wait until snowboarding season is over.
