Default Exhaust/muffler question

I was out wheeling all day yesterday and at the end of the day i was going through a pretty large puddle and my exhaust pipe/muffler caught something and got ripped off from underneath the drivers seat back. Is it bad to drive without muffler?

It'll be loud and likely not legal from that standpoint, but from an emissions standpoint you are in the clear.

Be sure it is not dumping hot gas onto any wiring in the area and take it easy (not WOT pulls, exhaust gas will get very hot).

All in all, I would say you're fine but get her put back together soon so you dont blow your eardrums or get a fix it ticket.

Double check that it's all still held up straight, mine got damaged and ended up resting on the e brake cable and melting a good bit of the covering.
