Fair price for a 2009 Rubi Unlimited in Canada?
 

I've been looking at this Rubicon for some time now. It's a 2009 Unlimited Rubi in black with the auto tranny. The dealer wants $32999.00 CDN for it. The sticker price is $36673.00. Out the door it comes to $40462.88 CDN. He will not budge on this price. I looked around, and it seems for around here the price is fair. What do you guys think?

I'm in northern ontario, sault ste marie area, but am willing to travel. This Rubicon is 7 hours away from me.
