Default Got a question for y'all.

My jeep is lifted and I keep getting flashed by oncoming traffic bc they think my brights are on... My question is - is there any way to tilt your head lights down a bit?

Of course there is. Park on a flat, level surface that is facing a blank wall.....(garage door, maybe)....There are screws around the lights that you can adjust them. With your lights on, and looking at the glow on the wall, lower your beams about 2 or 3 inches. Do them one at a time so that you have a good reference.

There is a more scientific way to do it, but following the above will get you just about right.

Check out the light adjustment write-up. It's super easy.

There has been a few threads on this, and after reading a ton of them I decided to adjust my lights as well. Definitely don't get flashed as much, and can honestly tell my lights are actually on, because they are on the path in front of me. What an idea that is

I know what you mean. Sometimes I have to check and make sure that my lights are even on. I'm going to fix this first thing in the morning.

I can't even count how many times I have gotten flipped off because of my lights. Getting really bright ones would only make all the gumball car owners even more wadded up

I have never seen this write up before. Didn't realize it was that simple. All though my head lights are already needing to be replaced so it's not like anyone flashes me. Regardless I will be giving this a whirl.
