Saw another jeep with halo type headlights and they were red anyone know where to get these or have any pics?

Oracle Halo lights... Just google them

Are colored ones legal?

Most places restrict forward facing lights to white or amber only.

texas doesnt allow colored lights unless ur parked or ''stationary'' then they r deemed "show lights'' and are ok...even if your running lights underneath the vehicle they will pull you over and sometimes cut you a break...had oracles on my camaro and they got too much attention if i had them on driving, those purple HID lights are against the law as well

... I never had a problem even in my "Pull-me-over" 3k GT. However, as a rule I only run white lights anymore (6,000 Kelvin) as that is the factory light on most high end imports. (Porsche)
