Thumbs up Hats off to Rough Country

Just want to say that Rough Country has awesome customer service. I recently had a noise develop in one rear shock, shot RC a pm and got an quick responce with whom to call. Left a voice-message yesterday regarding the pm, got a call back today and the new shock is being sent out. When I have dealt with companies in the past, 48 hours is/was the norm for a call back, RC contacted me less than 24 hours after my voice-message. So not only am I completely sold on their product, I am also sold on their customer support values as well. Thanks alot guys

Good to hear....nothing better than good customer Service.....usually hard to come by these days!!!!
