Running 60mph with cruise in 6th gear, I am about 2200 to 2300 rpm and get around 19 mpg in my Unlimited Rubicon.

 

I drove from Tyler to Austin 5.13 gears 36 inch tires going at about 3300 rpms(not sure how fast, 80 maybe?) and got about 13 mpg. hand calculated.

 

I was able to squeeze 25mpg out of my 4Dr Rubi on a recent 1000 mile road trip (trip computer). I did the math on how much gas I actually used and it was pretty close, probably between 22-25 mpg. This was in a variety of terrain, some prairie and some mountains.

Not bad at all.
