Getting about 240 miles per tank. Doesn't seem to matter what setting the superchips is on. When it was stock I was getting close to 340 miles per tank.
Details in sig.

Just finished a long trip. I got 18.9 mpg (measured using miles actually driven) on the way down. The computer said 22.1 mpg. I got 18.7 on the way back. Again the computer was way high saying 22.7 mpg.

My Jeep is a fully stock 2011 Sahara 2 door hard top. Currently has 2700 miles on it. I expect to see a slight improvement with added miles and the warmer weather in the spring.

Note: I don't have the actual miles driven on the tanks. I just did the math at the pump and jotted down the mpg.

Default Mpg in JK jeep

I have a 09 JK unlimited x. Have cat back exhaust, cold air intake, 35” mud tires and a 3.5” lift. Hard top, automatic. 50k miles currently and runs great. I get approx. 275 miles per tank or about 14mpg. A little shock after I traded my car in that got 35mgp but def better than the 77 CJ7 with 304v8 I had a while back that maybe got 6-7 mpg, haha.

Holy old thread resurrection Batman. I track every fill up and mpg data for over 100,000 miles on my 2012. I have filled up my tank 375 times. Average miles per tank = 278.93. Average mpg is 16.0 inclusive of towing and 17.0 if I strip out the towing data.

I get right at 13mpg with the 1-tons and 40s. I usually put in right around 19 gallons, and have right around 250mi on that tank. I guess it holds 22.5 gallons? but I don't want to push it that far.

2018 JKUR, stock tires 255-75/17, no mods, 815 miles on the odometer. The avg mpg on the dash reads 18.3, when I calculate it after I fill up its 17.4. Mostly hills here in Eastern PA, 17 miles each way to work and driving like a grandma on her way to church on Sunday morning. Not really concerned with mpg, but always looking for ways to improve it as I drive 90% on road.... until it’s paid off. Looking at lighter forged rims and lighter weight tires right now, also 2 piece rotors. It surprises a lot of people how much improvement you can get reducing rotational mass, but that doesn’t really matter if you are into serious off-roading, hard to justify looking for lightweight components when you have 40” tires and 1 ton axles.

True. My ATX Slabs and Pro Comp MTs weight just shy of 150lbs each. My front SD Dana 60 is ~700. Add steel fenders, rockers, and some skid plates, and you can easily add 1000lbs to the Jeep.

Holy old thread. lol

37 trails, 5.13 years on my 2 door now with the 3.8 auto and around 200 ish still. I installed a new gas tank slid which gave me some fuel capacity back.
