They do great - I've driven mine on a ton of ice and snow last year and I just whizzed by trucks and sedans that were struggling. I rarely felt like I was losing traction, ESP never went off once. Just drive smart and you're fine. But compared to ATs, the BFG MT KMs do awesome on ice/snow. Remember to air down just a bit and obviously slow down, but when I ran mine a few hundred miles over ice in one day I ran at 35psi with no problems. 25psi would have been better.

NO. They suck serious ass on ice. They are OK in deep snow, but that harder you get packed down the worse they get until on ice they are no better than bald tires in the wet.
Be VERY careful on ice with these tires if you value your ride.
I drive a lot in snow and ice and would NOT recommend those tires in the ice AT all.

In IL its hit or miss, The last time we went up there we got nothing, but the time before was awesome,
It was pre JK though , had to play in it with an Explorer.
