Default I need Help

I am waiting for my 09 sunburst orange sahara unlimited to get here. I want to lift it but not sure what lift to use. I would be doing mild offroading. It would mainly be a daily driver. I want the lift to last. I want looks with offroad capability. I would like to run 35" tires. Would I have to reuse my 18" wheels after I lift it? As you can tell It's my first Jeep. Thanks for the help.

From what you said with just wanting to do mild offroading you could do one of several 2.5" budget boost lifts, whether spacer or spring kits, shock extensions or new shocks (inexpensive) and run 1.5' SpyderTrax spacers and 35x12.50x18" tires on your setup and be happy. You might have minimal rub at full flex (mine barely touched the stock fenders w/35's) and when I installed the TeraFlex rear trackbar drop bracket I had zero rubs (others still have had rub, go figure). Anyway you could get by on a tight budget and a nice looking seetup.

Post some pics up of that bad boy when you get it in.

I think you describing the Teraflex 2.5" coil lift or the 3" lift.

Call David at Northridge or Joe at Teraflex and they will set you up.

Get a set of 16" rims and 35's for the same price as just the 35's without the spacers on 18's
