The Importance of changing out stock track bar and lower control arm bolts

Great post. Thanks for the info. I get the issue with not using shouldered bolts, but does a tolerance of 11 thousandths (14mm vs 9/16) really make a difference? Not an engineer just asking. Seems like it would be a negligible difference in most applications.

His Track bar bushing DID show signs of the threads eating at the bushing sleeve. It was not as bad as mine but still noticeable. Here is a picture of the stock vs new bolts
