This is really a miniscule difference, overall height is less than 1/2", which means clearance is affected by .225" (less than a quarter of an inch). If accurate, you will not notice any difference and if the suspension is tweaked at all from the standard, then the frame and body could be no different, just the axle would be a little closer, but with tire wear, there really is no difference.

As for the red seats, scuttlebut I'm seeing is that they will also be available in Black. All the red I beleive is from the original Rubicon (Tomb Raider Edition), which if I remeber had a bunch of red accents as well, though don't recall full red seats.

It does mention they added a .5 inch lift. I'm guessing 19/60 springs?

Still does not make sense to me. Why not go bigger. Why half an inch shorter.

I like the rear bumper, the front bumper not so much but then I'm not a fan of stubby front bumpers. I'd say that rear bumper is the best looking one I've seen; if it bolts up to an 11' and is available aftermarket later on I would consider it. The rear bumper would look pretty good w/ an AEV front bumper; they're similar; both sort of curvy and they both tie into the fenders pretty close.

This front bumper is supposed to have end caps that are removable (likely not pictured there, I can't imagine they'd hang the fog lights on the removable part) - so you can have a wider width bumper while on the pavement and remove the ends when you want to flex. That's my take on it anyway.
