I got mine in mid-march. Since then I've put 15000 miles on it, including 50+ miles daily to/from work and a 2500 mile family vacation. My 4-yr-old loves it, and my wife is starting to tolerate my "Jeep thing" habit.

It is probably the coolest family vehicle and daily driver ever!

I use mine as a DD and I'm pleased with the gas mileage.

My JK is not my daily driver...but I cannot wait to get home and step out of my Mercedes to get into my JK. I love it.

Mine is a DD. You have kids on the way, so get the 4 door and install a 3rd row seat. It's the ultimate vehicle for a dad. I love mine.

yup my 4dr is my daily driver, i do about 600miles a week in it for work too and its spot on

I do a 120 mile round trip commute daily. I have an 06 Impala that gets 31mpg, however when I walk out of the house in the a.m. and see the Unlimited I'm like Ronjenx, I CANNOT resist the draw of my jeep 4 dr. I had a YJ for 13 years, there is NO comparison.......

Have a 4dr as well as a DD...Love the extra room it provides and no complaints with the ride....
