Default Lifting a 35" tire?

Howdy...do you all lift a 35" tire by yourselves and put in on the tire carrier? I've been able to do it but recently but hurt my back and looking for tips on how to make it easier.

Two people makes quick work of it without straining your back, but I know that's not always an option.
Haven't found any tried and true method otherwise. I'll be brainstorming now though!

Use your tow strap or similar device to assist. Here is an example using moving straps. You can do this with one person as well.

Why not get a patch kit and a small compressor? It saves weight and is much easier to move around. I've never torn a sidewall wide open so the patch plus air would work great

I pick mine up in two stages. I pick it up high enough to rest in on my toe hitch (2in. Ball on a 3in. Drop). This allows me to reposition to lift it more easily onto the carrier.

This works if you have the stock carrier, and receiver.

I also lift in two stages. I use an upside down 5 gallon bucket. Lift tire to the bucket. Then lift tire to the tire carrier.

I grab mine by the tread. One hand low on each side. Lift with my legs and kinda set it on the spare mount. I lift and turn in small increments till it lines up with the studs. Then lift and slide it on.

Always lift with your legs. Till your back is better I would suggest getting some help
