My 2011 Rubi has it. Think it's an 11 thing.

When I purchased my 10, a few months back I also saw this on the 11 models. The sale dude said it was something new with the 11 models. He stated that some other company is responsible for the design of the newer jeeps and they added this for appeal. If you noticed all the 11 models that an upgraded interior.

 

I have a 2dr Sport that has it...don't always believe the salesman knows what they are talking about...I had one try and tell me that the Black Ops only cam in 4 dr...they must get a bonus for selling the 4 doors or something.

 

sat in a 2011 2 door sahara today with crawler and grill motif above the mirror...
cute touches...but i don't like the new interior...too regular car-like...
the inside door handles are great it must be said...nice and chunky.

 

got a 2011 sahara 2 dr with it, so saleman is a moron....

 

I'm at the dealership now and every 2 door I see has the crawling jeep logo on the windshield, the salesguy is a liar. I'd check the windshield myself in this case.

In my case when I bought my 2009 it had a cracked windshield from the transport, dealership picked up the tab on it...

 

Oh well mystery solved.. my friend with the 2 dr said it must've been too dark and he didnt see it but yes he has it too.

 

All the 2011 2 and 4 doors I've seen have the new windshield.

 

You could probably get a sticker made and apply from the inside.
