Mpg?
4Dr Sahara, 3.21 gears and 2500 miles- I drove from Seattle to Spokane and back to Seattle in one day about 650 miles with side trips around Spokane and I got 20.5 which I thought was great.
Well i'm getting 12.4 mixed driving I got 700 miles on her. I hope it gets better in a few hundred more miles..     computer says 13.9 so its a little off.
Ouch...13 on the computer is pretty rough. I have been stomping on the auto pretty good and cant get it much below 16.3. My next tank I am going to feather my takeoffs and see how much difference aggressive driving makes. The jeep seems to like the higher rpm's which is almost its own fun little game since the automatic takes some real talent to keep it in the rpm range you want. If there isnt much difference in mileage numbers I am going to continue to drive it with gusto.
Mine was like 17 until about the 2500 miles mark then goes as far as 19.5mpg. Not much town driving and on normal (read not agressive) driving but readline it when passing just to get it ready to fight in the mud when the summer shine up again. Very please with that mileage and I have to get it flashed when I got my first oil change
UPDATE !!!
Ok when i was doing the welding on my sliders i disconnected the battery. and when i hooked it back up my MPG went to 17-18 mpg... So i figure that the dealer may have flashed the cpu but not reset it after... seems to be working fine now after 2 days of driving in the muck we got here.. alot of slow driving in ice ie... GLASS SHEETING i should say.......

started out getting about 15-16 mpg according to computer. Highway trip to San Diego got about 18 going 90 mph so thought that was pretty good and mileage has increased since. Seems to improve once the engine gets broken in a little more. Needs to break in a little more, I'm worried about MPG as I'm contemplating 35's and a 3".
