My LoD/Northridge Experience

Well i know lately theres been a lot of threads posted about long wait times and issues with LoD customer service etc. I just wanted to add my experience on the subject. I ordered my lod rear from northridge about 4 1/2 weeks ago now and told him at the time I had a trip coming up that I needed to have the bumper and gerry can holders for. Was told 2-3 weeks till it would ship. Called at 3 weeks asking what the status was. I was told they are trying hard to finish everything up for me and have it out by the end of the week. Sure enough they shipped the bumper/tire carrier etc out late friday.

there was one tracking number missing which turned out to be my gerry can holders. Because of delays they wouldnt have been able to get them to me:eek2:, BUT between dave @ northridge and lod they next day aired them to me! no charge or anything. So i got all my parts the day before I left for my trip and spent my night till 1am putting them on!

That is what I call great service, you dont get treatment like that these days.

Anyways I just wanted to put a positive note on otherwise negative threads bout LoD etc. So thank you to both companies and those are the ones I am more than happy to give my business to

a couple of pics from my weekend trip with my new bumper!

I know that Dave has always taken good care of me. I am sure I am not his biggest or best customer, but he treats you like you are.

Did water leak in when you did that crossing?

Bumper looks great!

Nice Jeep.

Ever consider painting the gas cans the same color as your Jeep or possibly black?
