New Jeep Ad
 
Watching Hardball and saw nice Jeep ad. Jeep is climbing over a pile of urban rubble. Hard rock music. Voice over, as it reaches the top: "If you find yourself between a rock and a hard place ... on second thought, you never will." And Jeep exits urban pile. Only downside is the color-matched top.

Sahara here, same clearance, angles etc, better equipped IMO standard nav and such. Over stock rubies I would have ditched the electric disco and stock lockers on the rubi for what I wanted, that's why went with the sahara...
You're right though, most on this forum have mad rubi love

I think the tan looks nice with the matching top. I won't dis the Saharas in general, but the luxury goods they have are anathema for me in ANY vehicle. The ad, BTW, is B&W, but I think the Jeep is white.

There's a new commercial with Lenny Kravitz driving a silver 70th anniversary edition JKU through a river & mud, then ends with him leaning on the hood. A song from his new album is heard throughout the 30sec ad. Pretty cool.
