One thing really pisses me off about the JK
how many capable cars like say the corvette that never speed over 100mph but are able to go much faster do they annoy also
i don't care if i ever take my jeep offroad ive been there done that. do i like soccer moms sure they are being a good parents taking interest in the kids. now this thread is stupid and im going to leave this whole thread.

Actually, nothing... Butl, often when you drop mention of H2/H3's here... folks can get a little squirrely. Dem's fightin' words...
But, surprised as I am at this, I agree with you. The H3 is a box dropped on a GMC SUV frame, which is just plain silly. The Wrangler is now, has always been and hopefully always be a purpose built offroad-capable vehicle. That said, Jeep has clearly found a new market with the 4 door JK.
This is good IMHO, because it now opens up 4 wheeling to families and people who just need more room and still want a trail-ready rig. But, there are also folks who are buying them for looks and they're the latest, greatest thing. I'm hoping that's the minority though. If not, it could very well be that the Wrangler goes the H3 route... shudder...
Especially with Jeep's somewhat uncertain future.
It would be sad if our beloved Jeeps got diluted to what are basically just big cars... like the H3.

Not really. Remember, the CJ was known for offroading, the Wrangler was made fun of because it was more of a yuppie jeep than the CJ.
1. My Mom does not own a Sahara. She has an X!
2. She bought it for 5 reasons (Look below)
3. I hate Soccer to tell the truth.
4. I dont try to cause shit here. Some people just get pissed off so easily...
1. We needed more room(We had a VW GTI)
2. Something more fun, we live 5 minutes away from 100's of acres of trails BTW
3. Something to tow Dirt bikes, Quads
4. My mom likes the roof.
5. It had to be 4x4, because of roads around here, lot of snow, mud, and trees are always on the road( The JK can go over the trees)
Dr. McNinja: My Mom just happens to be 40.
SONIC: You are the Only person to get what im saying. Do we want the Jk to turn into the next H3. No!

:rotflm ao:
Dr. McNinja... I need surgery... STAT! I just ruptured several critical organs and pooped my pants laughing!
You just "surgically" dissected FR's post with great precision! Can I add you to my preferred providers list?
4 boys?!! You definitely have your hands full! Fortunately, you're married... otherwise I'd try to scoop you up! But, I've been told I'm quite a handful. I like to think I'm a work in progress and a 12yr old trapped inside an adult body... hence my JK purchase.
Call it my mid-life crisis rig!

I'm not even going to touch this one... oh... Guess I just did...
