Well, you are searching for the proverbial needle in a haystack there. No information really outside of a picture. Based on the bumper, wheels, and condition from the one picture, looks like a nice jeep.
Try Carfax to see if they have any information. Do a search on Monrony, and plug in the VIN to see what the window sticker looks like. Hardly any rust is great, especially for a find in the Rust Belt!
Look at the undercarriage for signs of bashing. I wouldn't avoid a vehicle that showed signs of intense love, but I'd certainly look even harder if there is evidence of said love!
I also like to look at the little things that might signal trouble. For example, were longer brake lines used or perhaps a lowering bracket for the stock lines? If not, they may have been overworked. Have the bump stops been set accordingly for the lift? If not the shocks may have taken a beating. Which Warn winch? There is at least one cheap Warn winch made of Chinesium that has a reputation for rusting. If you can, make sure it works.
Other than that, it looks like you've done a good amount of homework already.
Hope the deal works out for you!

If you are handy working on things, the only thing i would be concerned about is the rust situation given the location. it sounds like you have done your research and know what to look for in regard to common issues. these JKs and the 3.6L engine are pretty easy to work on. i'm pretty sure that '16 has EGR on it which is one thing the early 3.6L didn't need to mess with, but generally an easy motor. the one suggestion i make to everybody is pass on that 5W20 they recommend and go with 5W30, AND, keep those oil changes to no more than 5k miles with a good full synthetic.
