Would have liked to have bought at invoice, but there was only 2 jeeps with the options that I wanted within 500 miles. I bought it from a dealer 6 miles from my home, and he had to trade it from another dealer,, so I decided that the price was justified. After reading many posts, I was paranoid about the hard top leaking. I had the sales rep hose down the jeep for 20 minutes while I sat inside, heat on, radio on in comfort, 30 degrees out - I actually felt bad for him. NO LEAKS at least for that small test. I pick it up tomorrow so I will take some pictures and post to the forum.
Thanks for all the advise and input.
Nice! Welcome to the Jeep family. I also bought a 2008 Wrangler Unlimited X 4 Door. The dealer had it listed at $18K, with the options that the Jeep had, It was valued at $17.6. I offered $17k (I paid all the taxes and fees). They actually installed a brand new soft top, tires, 4 wheel alignment, they took care of 2 open recalls and they installed a new shifter linkage and all the parts that comes with it.

There is no 4 wheel alignment on a JK. No front alignment either; camber and caster aren’t adjustable.

I once paid to get it done when I got tires installed. I didn't watch it get done but I recall getting a printout if before and after measurements.

There is no way to adjust caster and camber on a stock JK. Unless you have added adjustable track bar and adjustable caster control arms, all you can do is align the steering wheel.
