I have had my floor mats from them for 1.5 yrs and the passenger side never settled down (there was a hump in it). I don't sit in that seat so it doesn't bother me. I called them the other day and they replaced them for free! Good to work with. Check around prices from others. Never hurts to compare.

I bought lights, seat covers, and light brackets from the, they price matched everything, and I found some smoking deals on google shopping and they matched them. They also gave me some 70 dollar brackets for 25 as they were out of the 25 dollar ones. The guy that called me about it was real nice and shipping wasnt expensive at all.

Default Gotta Fix the Shipping

I love the catalogues and would love to order a bunch of parts. Maybe it's because I'm in Ontario, but the shipping rates seem way out in left field. I wanted to order the mopar floor mats, but the shipping was damn near $200. I've never even bothered to look at any more items after receiving that quote as I couldn't even imagine the shipping costs for something that weighs more than 2 lbs.

Yes they are good. They know Jeep people don't want to deal with BS and so far have kept me very happy!!

Love the military discount, love the service. If you have to talk to a rep over the phone they know WTF they are talking about!!! Even living in Canada, I have not found anyone that beats the price even with some places offering free shipping.
