I'd like to thank Quadratec for the pathetic customer service I recieved today.

1. The operator was rude and could care less whether or not a sale was made.

2. Their price match guarantee is a huge joke! Don't even bother.

I'm glad I spent my money elsewhere....

I'll hold onto their catalogs because it's good bathroom material.... to wipe my ass with!

 

Now you have gone over the line.............................................. .................................................. .................................................. .........those pages would make horrible toilet paper.

I do love 'window shoppin' with that catalog on the john. And I must admit, when I order from them I always do it over the phone and have always been happy with the service I got. Not to discount someone elses experience

 

Throw JC Whitney right into the mix with Quadratec too. The combined total IQ of the entire company is 6... From now on I only deal with JK-Forum sponsors.

 

Quadratec is a new jk- forum sponsors.. so maybe they will respond to this..

 

I have been a Quadratec customer for 7 years. I have always had excellent service from them. They ship in stock items promptly, have always agreed to price match for me and have been great when I needed to return items that I didn't like.

I just got the tire deflators that I ordered last week today. My only beef is that I had to pay for over priced and slow UPS ground shipping, when USPS Priority would have been cheaper and faster.

 

They have been here since 2006, that no longer qualifies Quadratec as a new member.

 

It has to do with insurance.

I have ordered for Q-tec on several occasions, they have always price matched and will even lower their shipping cost due to the fact that I'm in Canada and get hit with duty fees. I will continue to deal with them.

Mind you I have heard amazing things about Northridge and look forward to dealing with them as well.
