No issues to date with Q Tec.

On the other hand, it took the dealer 3 hours to do a tire rotation today. Thank god there are two dealers in town! Not gonna make the same mistake again!!!

I've ordered quite a few items from Q-tec and never had any problems.

No complaints here. When the dealership was putting my Jeep back together after they replaced my clutch they noticed the rear driveshaft was siezed, they weren't going to be able to get a replacement for at least a week. I called Quadratec and they were helpful and curtious and had one in stock. I called on a Thursday evening, picked it up and brought it to the dealership Friday morning and was able to drive home that afternoon.

I haven't had any issues with them except they didn't let me know they were cross-shipping a incorrectly ordered part. No big deal.

Quadratec sucking is old news. Oh and those inflated shipping rates, in a thread i started the rep tried to say those were negotiable but when we questioned him how there was never a response.

Quadratec has been top notch in shipping speed and customer service... To me anyway

I like the company. The only thing I wish is that they would specify when parts on their site are on backorder.
