back orders are not the vendors faults, if it was there choice they would'nt have any.

then manufactures are at the mercy of their suppliers, its just how things work.

one bad deed, outweighs 10,000 good ones.
it might be the service reps fault for having a bad attitude or not knowing everything but not the company in general.

i have ordered about 3,000 worth of parts if not more from them and have never ever had a problem with them. i get everything i order on time if not sooner. if i need to switch something i call them up and they do it in a flash. no complaints here i think they are a lot better than 4wd and some other web sites out there. also they are a lot cheaper than 4wd and most other places

I'm glad I spent my money elsewhere....

I'll hold onto their catalogs because it's good bathroom material.... to wipe my ass with!

Most of us gave up on them for their SUPER HIGH shipping fees -- Welcome to the club! I toss their catalog as soon as I get it -- I don't even open it -- TRASH COMPANY!

I guess everyone has their own experiences, but I for one have had nothing but good experiences in ordering things from Quadratech. Most in my signature came from them because they had the selection of what I needed/wanted. For those of you who had problems with backorders, this is really a suppy and demand problem. If the vendor doesn't supply enough parts to meet the demand, quadratech is left holding the bag. Realize that if you cancel an order with one vendor where an item is backorded, the odds are pretty high that it will be on backorder at another vendor. It is pretty much a crap shoot as to which vendor will get their supply first.

Not to say that they may not have occasional problems with a service rep or two, but keep in mind that the service reps are usually minimally paid yokels who more often than not are scored on the number of calls they take in a day. (been there... done that)

I placed my latest online order with them on the 18th, received e-mail confirmation the 19th, and it was in transit on the 20th. It works for me.

I ordered a set or rear gears from them last week. They sent me the fronts. I called them at 5:30 that night and they overnighted the right parts. They were on my doorstep at 9 the next morning. I would have liked to get the parts right the first time but they made it right quick!

X2 on GOOD service from QT. Got my narrow zenons within a week. Other stuff was either shipped quickly or I was given an alternative.
