Request for Quote of parts list
 

Is there anywhere on the forum that would be an appropriate place to post a list of parts for vendors to give me a quote on?

Your best bet is to track down the vendors that you are interested in and then provide them with your BOM.

I'm looking for the best price on a specific set of wheels/tires. Why would I contact each and every vendor individually if there were an easier way to do it? Its a perfectly valid question. I certainly wouldn't expect them to post their quote on the forum. I've seen similar sections on other forums, that's why I asked.

its better to contact the vendor by email or phone. The forums are a great way to talk with customers but not all vendors have time to be on here. Even if they are on here 24/7 they might miss a thread or PM. Its easy to do with how busy the forum is.
