Default Rotor Replacement Mileage

How many of you have had to replace your rotors? If you have, at what mileage? I'm at 68k miles and being told they are not within spec. Getting a lot of grinding and squeaking and my pad were replaced just a few months ago.

Knowing someone else's numbers won't really help you since there are some significant variables--how much you drive in mud, sand, use brakes, etc. Each rotor is engraved with a number to indicate how thick it must be. Borrow a micrometer and measure yours if you don't trust the mechanic. Or just have him show it to you.

Will do. Also, anyone have experience with Powerstop rotors from 4WheelParts?
