Sand Dune Flags

Does anyone in the US run sand dune flags? I saw a jeep with it in the mall parking lot (no, not a mall crawling jeep) and I actually thought - hey, at least that guy can find his Jeep easier! I really can't think of a functional use beyond that, at least not where I live.

Something about running a tiny little flag so high seems like it could potentially upset the police, are there any laws - in any states - that these are a problem for?

I'd run one.
but, only with a pirate flag.

firestik makes them stud mount in ranges from 4 feet to 8 feet (I think I have those sizes right) with orange flags but they don't sell direct from what I could see

found them on ebay in packs of ten but no singles

If you find them give a holler because I wanted to run an 8 foot and a pink flag to show support for breast cancer awareness next week

Of course a don't tred on me or a jolly rodger for daily use would be nice as well. Those you can get on ebay, just not the mounts.

Sounds good...or what about a JK symbol ...

Edit...quick search finds them at 22 dollars each...mount extra...
I'm getting interested in making my own outta old tent poles...
Combination flag with pirate and JK motifs...

Why would you want to use a flag outside of wheeling anyway?
