jk, though with the way gas prices are going i think it may come to that. i herd today that come summer they thing we will be looking back at 5 dollar a gallon gas. can u imagine it ...P1 - "man thats a sick rig" P2 -"yea thanks!" P1 "what engine u running? that thing sounds really efficient" P2 - "yea its the AEV prius conversion" P1 - "man thats sick!, wish i could drop one of those bad boys in my rig. i mean a man can dream".

we are already at $5 a gal. any higher and i may consider a JK smart car conversion. sure i may never see hwy speed again and the Jk may just stop in 4wd but at least i'll b efficient..

Where are you that gas is $5 a gallon? I'm in SoCal and regular is $4.17-4.25 a gallon.
My Jeep already feels like a brick in the wind we have hear. With a Prius motor, I don't think it could get out of it's own way!
