smoked headlight covers.
anyone know if the covers you can put on your headlights that give it the smoked look are illegal in pennsylvania?

No thanks to ANY type of covering over my headlights, smoked or otherwise.
I want the maximum, legal available light on the road from my headlights. I DO NOT want them dimmer.

the reason why i ask is cause i have the headlights with the halo ring in them and you cant see them during the day. i dunno how to make it so you can see them during the day.

I BLACKED mine out, because I would blind other drivers. I use the DOT black magics on the bumper which are brighter anyways because they are converted to HID's, so no problems. I've been pulled over plenty of times, I just explain to them about blinding other drivers and they thank me for being a courteous driver, and send me on my way.....
