Hey All

Been trying to put my soft top back on after a year with it off. I cant seem to get all the way forward and there is about a half inch gap along the front rail with the clip closed

Any Ideas - I feel like Im missing something simple but I follow the intructions twice

 

Possibly not warm enough out for it to stretch all the way?

 

This is probably it. I don't know where you live (referring to OP), but even here in GA it's way too cold to be messing the soft top. Manual says it has to be higher than 70 or so to get top back on due to the material shrinking from the cold weather.

The only other option for you would be to put the Jeep in a heated garage and let it all warm up.
