Teraflex Customer Service Rocks
So i had the latch on my tire carrier snap a few days ago
I just called them and snapped some pics, and they are sending me the replacement piece without any questions, they are even expediting the shipping
Second time ive dealt with Tera Customer Service, and they have always been a pleasure to deal with. Definitely a nice touch when the manufacturers stand behind their products

Yes, they do I put one of there lifts on my last Jeep [ TJ ] and had a few problems and they could not do enough to help me. Needless too say this new JK will see a Teraflex lift also.
