"This new system is ideal for those who don't want the added weight of aftermarket bumpers, but still want the flexibility of hanging a 37-inch tire from the factory swing-out tailgate. The setup is not yet available, but based on the prototype we got to check out, its a huge improvement over stock and should be a instant hit when it does hit the market. The setup features robust replacement hinges forged from steel. The part that mounts to the factory tailgate is cast aluminum and adds significant torsional resistance to the mounting system. I love the fact that this product is US-made and includes mounting provisions for a third brake light and a CB antenna. TeraFlex expects to release this new product at Easter Jeep Safari 2012."
