I have this setup with 35" Nitto Trail Grapps. I'm using the stock carrier with the HD hinge. It fits perfectly. Barely touches if at all.

I have the same tire. I ordered my hd hinge Saturday.. And just waitin for it in the mail. Glad to see the stock carrier will work.

Question for anyone with this rotopax set up

Does the gate still open all the way, or does this configuration collide with the body when fully open

Open all the way and doesn't hit the body. Now if you double stacked some RotoPax on the right side of a Hi-Lift mounted there then it will.
