Throwing a flag!!!
Can we activate a JEEP LAW that would clearly state this:
-"No Jeep (specifically wrangler) can be fitted with 4 oversized wheels and tires and still retain the stock wheel and tire which is affixed to the spare tire carrier."
Subsection A: One may simply remove the spare from it's current location and leave no tire and wheel affixed to the spare tire carrier if:
-The lift and tires are really huge
-The hugeness of the said lift/tire/wheel requires the tire/wheel to be placed in the cargo portion of the vehicle.
-You are waiting for a bumber/tire carrier to be purchased/installed
SubsectionB: At no point should a mis-matching of wheels or tires be thought of as acceptable to include:
-A spare tire cover (which does not fool anyone)

The JK one is stronger than the TJ. My Good Jeepin Buddy had a 35 rip off his TJ bracket...not off the gate, it just broke the bracket...they were built pretty cheesy.
It is rather lame to have a small spare.

All you guys who think it's lame for me to have a small spare should each send me ten bucks so that I can buy another Rubi wheel and tire. I'll be keeping an eye on the mail. Thanks in advance.
Ditto, im huge into offroading, and absolutly love my JK, but im also a college kid. Ill be getting my 33"s in about a month, hopefully i wont get a flat for a month or two while i save up for a spare
And while i agree it may look bad! theres no way im gonna hit the mud again with these stock x car tires, they make me sad
My very next thing after tho will be getting a matching spare (only about a month or two later) but i admit, when people have lifts, sweet bumpers, and winches without a legit spare....thats just poor planning
