Look at it this way...it's got a D44 front and D60 rear. So, it is 4WD and MIGHT come with a selectable transfer case.
So...
You can definitely remove the side skirts, front and rear bumper trims, and tires/rims...sell them to a ricer who owns a current JK, and buy your lift kit and new smaller wheels/bigger tires. Then, have a nice, powerful engine to go offroading with and have plenty of torque to play in the rocks.

But that hopefully is moot because this is the stupidest thing Chrysleberus could ever, ever do. I'd sooner see the Gladiator and I think it would do much better for Chrysler's sales numbers than any abomination like this ever could.

Gauging from the SRT8 Grand, I'd guess there would be no selectable transfer case.
