Were looking at a Jeep Commander limited.Any thoughts?

Hate to say it but if I bought a non wrangler I would go with the Liberty. I think the Commander is in no way Jeep it looks fugly (just my opinion).

I think it's square boxy design has a lot of potential, specially with the Hemi option.

The problem it comes a fair amount of chrome and no one ever modifies away the stock Chrysler look.

There was a recent on the Commander where several owners had very positive impressions.

The Commander and Liberty both "look like Jeeps" to me. Both of those also destroy the Wrangler in towing capacity (more than double!)

We were looking at a limited but it has 75000 miles on it all hwy I know the guy that traded it.But the leather is a real light grey and my kids will destroy it so were thinking about a 07 green base model and adding dark grey leather and the sunroof.It only has 26k miles but they are asking the same price for both.Then adding a lift and such much like this one.

Took the wife to look at the Liberty and came home with the blue one next to my black Sahara. (Get the 4 door Rubi:ya:)

My wife looked at the Liberty, Patriot, and the rest. Came home with a Rubi 4dr.

I tried to get her in a 4dr jk but since mine started with the DW she says no way.We drove the new liberty with the push button top she loved it but im 6ft6 and didnt fit very good.
