What grade of fuel do you use?

Higher octane (premium) gasoline doesn't improve performance, or give better mileage, unless your engine needs it because it's pinging under load with regular gasoline.

I use regular w/manual tranny and get about 17.5. Right around there.

i use shell 87 avg. mpg. 17mpg if i use cheap gas i lose about 2 mpg.

I always use the 87..... works fine.

I was using 87 and then decided to try 91 and noticed I was getting an average increase of 20 miles per tank. I switched back to 87 and noticed my gas mileage slip, so since then have used 91.

How long will a normal 'break in' require?

I've got a whopping 600 miles on my 11 Rubicon and am got 14.3mpg on the first full tank. (calculated manually. don't believe the computer)
