I just traded my 09 Ram for a '11 JKU. I used to keep a full sized shovel in my bed. I don't think that's and option with the JKU. I guess I'll have to use a short handle or folding shovel. If you have a cool place to store one please post a pick. I may need an axe too.

I keep a collapsable snow shovel in back. I bought it for snowboarding, but it doubled up well for a winter emergency shovel. Its heavy duty enough for sand or dirt, but you would get sore from bending over if you use it alot.
