Where to go in AZ?

MY little sister is getting married the first week of Jan. At her duty station in Yuma AZ.
My brother and I are road tripping in our Jeeps for 9 days there and back. Any one here have any suggestions, or in the area then?
I checked in to Devils Highway but am looking for other options, and or trail ride partners. Any help here? Jon

Crown King

This past Spring we spent a week at Stanton, AZ. We drove the Senator Highway in the Bradshaw Mountains via the tiny town of Crown King to Prescott (interesting Old Mill restaurant there). Very nice drive, lots of high country and scenery. Most of the road is gravel with just a few bad spots. It is a full days drive if you like to explore. Wasn't much of an off road challenge but a nice trip. If you are into a real off road experience inquire at Crown King as there is a nearby road strictly for 4 wheel vehicles only.

Sedona is on your way. Some pretty cool scenery. Be sure to take a camera:

Also, check out the Imperial Sand Dunes NRA 10 miles west of Yuma.
