Let's make things a little independent here for simplicity.
*35's work with 2.5" so it will work with more lift.
*17" tires for 17" wheels, same with the 20's...no mix and matching
*I've run 10" wide wheels without issue, but your situation will depend on the backspacing of your proposed wheels.
Piece it all back together and you'll see you're fine if your wheels are where they need to be.

35's will clear no problem with a 4" lift. But your only problem is your tire and wheel selection. You have on your post 35x12.5r17 lt tires and 20x10 rims? There different rim sizes. If you run stock 17 rims you will need spacers. If you run after market 17 get the back spaced to clear. If your wanting to go 20"x10" wheels you will need a different tire size. Like a 35x12.50r20. But without the right back space they might rub also.

It would depend on what back space the wheels have. I haven't used them on my JK but the 1.5 inch seems to be what a lot of people us. I would test fit the tires and rims first just to see if they clear but keep in mind you might need spacers ($100+-)

I ran 15x10 Dick Cepek's with 33x12.5 on my '06 Rubicon with 3" BDS lift. The shop where I had the lift done were able to reference a catalog put out by BDS that recommended back spacing. I had no problems with rubbing, but I didn't like 10" wheels, as the tires stuck out too far. I would try to find a Jeep with a similar set up first before you sink all that money into.
