Default The plasti-dip challenge.

Thought I would put the product through some everyday elements to see how it holds up.

Have to agree the plastidip is a great product. I bought my JKU in June, did my wheels with this stuff in late July, and then my grill in September. From summer to winter we see a 60 degree swing in temperature here, and about everything you can think of for weather from rain, snow, sleet, and high winds in the winter, and hot muggy summers.

I check my wheels and grill this week when we had some nicer weather, my first really close look since about late November. Not a crack, chip or tear anywhere. Great staying power.

I didn't do much. I wiped them down with some alcohol prep like you would any paint job. Just wanted any dirt of break dust so the plastidip could bond. Mine is holding up great. Just take it slow and don't go to heavy on the coats.
